You put stones on your store, and you miss the store of your opponent. This is referred to as sowing.
When the final stone that you place falls in your own store, you get an additional turn. This regulation provides a valuable strategic depth since good players attempt to make moves that enable them to make sequential moves.
When you are on your own side, the final stone you put in lands in an empty pit, and on the other side of a directly opposite pit, you find that your opponent has stones, then you capture him. You take all the stones from both pits and put them into your store. This rule may change the score significantly, and in most cases, the winner.
The game concludes with the exhaustion of six pits of one of the players. The rest of the stones are then gathered together by the other player and deposited in his store. At this stage, the two players tally stones in their stores.
The one who manages to get the most stones in his/her store of the game wins. A draw is recorded in case of an equal number of stones.
