We can repair cracked displays, battery problems, and broken back glass. For broken back glass on iPhones up to and including the iPhone 13, the entire rear system is replaced. On iPhone 14 and later models, the back glass can be replaced individually. Damage to the casing or camera may require a complete replacement.
If the battery capacity falls below 80%, the battery should be replaced, as its performance is no longer guaranteed. A swollen battery poses a safety risk and must also be replaced.

3) During the diagnostic process, the reported fault will be verified or diagnosed. The flat fee will be charged even if no repair or replacement is requested.
4) The flat fee covers the handling of issues not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or that occur outside of the manufacturer's warranty period.
5) Loaner devices are available, subject to availability, and are not available at all stores. iPhones can only be loaned for the duration of an iPhone hardware service contracted with us. The stated fee applies for a maximum period of 7 days. All other terms and conditions are governed by the separate rental agreement.
6) Battery replacement is only possible if the defect is limited exclusively to the battery.
7) The Express Service includes a replacement of the entire device by the next business day, subject to availability from Apple. This service is only available if the device is dropped off by 2:30 PM at the latest. If the Express Service is not available from Apple, the surcharge will not be applied.
8) A replacement of the back panel is possible if your iPhone (iPhone 12 or later) experiences the following damage: physical damage to the glass back or problems such as logic board errors, no network connection, no function, boot loop (hardware), etc. All components are replaced except for the display and the rear camera. This repair option can only be performed if the display and camera are functioning.
9) Display/battery replacement is always possible on the same day or at the latest by closing time of the following business day at selected stores. Please check the availability of spare parts in advance or, if necessary, schedule a repair appointment with our iPhone Repair Dubai service team. Replacing the backplate is not possible on the same day. Other parts repairs, such as camera/speaker/Taptic Engine replacement, may be possible on the same day upon request, or at the latest by closing time of the following business day.
